This furnace is applicable to bright annealing of cold-rolled steel strips of various grades. The treated workpieces feature no decarburization, no oxidation or discoloration, superior annealing quality and uniform hardness.

Applicable steel grades: alloy steels including 60Si2Mn, 40Mn, 65Mn, 40Cr, 35CrMo, and tool steels such as T8, T10. It is widely used in industries of standard fasteners, chains, hand tools and general machinery.

Product Characteristics

This electric furnace is a batch-type resistance furnace. High-efficiency forced convection fans are installed inside the furnace chamber. The inner cover adopts vacuum water-cooled sealing structure, which keeps workpieces bright after annealing.
