Copper coated steel wire is a kind of new composite material which adopts high quality carbon steel as wire core, after process of copper coating and wire drawing. It is widely used for making internal conductor of the coaxial cable, telephone communication line, electric power line which is long span or used at serious corrosion area, copper coated stranded wire, and connection line of electronic component. It not only has tensile strength and toughness similar to steel wire, but also has excellent electrical conductivity which copper has, meanwhile saves the amount of copper used, so it is replacement product of traditional copper line used for low voltage high frequency power cable.

Quality of raw material is important for quality of copper coated steel wire, our company adopts AGM6-2H wire as raw material, after vacuum annealing treatment, hence toughness of wire is fine, which is suitable for following copper coaint and wire drawing.
